Geography at Nendrum College

The course is divided into modules, which run for four to six weeks. The module is tested at the end and pupils get feedback on how they have performed. The summer examination tests all the modules taught in the Year to give an overall view of progress. Some modules are re-visited in Year Ten when the pupils go over earlier work and then go on to a higher level. In Years 11 and 12 pupils follow the Northern Ireland CCEA course which is also modular in approach but with an exam at the end of two years.
